Mellow Concludes Türkiye Visit, Continues Customer Follow-Up

Mellow concluded its customer visit to Türkiye on September 18, 2026, completing a trip that began on August 31 and covered Konya, Izmir and Istanbul. With the scheduled visits now complete, the company’s next steps will focus on customer follow-up, product information and further discussions about individual business requirements.

The trip provided opportunities for direct communication with local customers. Follow-up will address stainless steel materials, decorative finishes and outdoor kitchen solutions according to each customer’s interests and requirements.

Visits Completed in Konya, Izmir and Istanbul

The itinerary began in Konya from August 31 to September 2, where Mellow completed an initial round of customer discussions. The team then visited Izmir on September 3 and 4 before continuing its customer visits in Istanbul from September 5 to 18.

Meeting in person provided an opportunity to put product enquiries into a clearer business context. It also allowed customers and the Mellow team to identify information that would be useful for subsequent exchanges.

Following the trip, communication will continue individually with customers rather than conclude with the travel schedule. Further discussions will depend on the products, applications and purchasing arrangements relevant to each business.

KOVA Outdoor Kitchens Remain Part of Product Discussions

Alongside its materials business, Mellow’s Türkiye promotion also features the global launch of the KOVA Collection of outdoor stainless steel kitchens.

The collection combines stainless steel materials, modular construction and a design approach focused on modern outdoor living. Intended settings include gardens, terraces and poolside spaces. Further communication will consider customers’ available space, preferred layouts, dimensions and functional requirements.
