The selection process began with the material grade, end use and required appearance. Mirror, Hairline and colored finishes were treated as separate surface specifications, reducing the ambiguity that can arise when every option is described only as “decorative stainless steel.”

Cut-to-size processing and slitting were arranged according to the confirmed order requirements. ASTM A240 and ASTM A480 were used as the relevant material and dimensional reference framework. ISO 9001 describes the supplier’s quality management system and was not presented as a performance certificate for an individual sheet. After processing, protective film was applied to the decorative surface. Different grades and finishes could then be planned for mixed-container loading, connecting material supply, surface processing and export preparation in one workflow.

The supply plan incorporated the customer’s requirements for 201 colored stainless steel sheets, multiple finish choices, custom sizing, slitting, protective film and mixed loading with related 201 and 304 products.
